Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Accelerated Care Giving. By booking a consultation, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please review them carefully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit (if applicable) may be required to secure caregiving services or consultation appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total service fee.
• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the service start date.
• Accepted payment methods include: cash, credit/debit cards, and approved online payment systems.
• Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours notice. Late notice may result in forfeiting deposits, except in emergencies.
• Excessive lateness may result in reduced service time or service cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Accelerated Care Giving reserves the right to reschedule services due to unexpected circumstances such as caregiver illness, emergencies, or safety concerns.
• Deposits and service fees are generally non-refundable, except when required by law or when approved at our discretion under extenuating circumstances.
• If we must cancel a scheduled service, clients will be informed promptly and may receive an option to reschedule.

3. Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

• Clients and family members must maintain respectful, non-abusive behavior toward caregivers and staff. Any form of harassment or unsafe environment may result in immediate termination of services.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations, allergies, or special care needs so we can provide appropriate support.
• Accelerated Care Giving is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications that arise from pre-existing medical conditions or circumstances outside our control.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and store personal information securely for the sole purpose of delivering care services.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Liability & Service Limitations

• While we take every reasonable precaution, Accelerated Care Giving is not responsible for unforeseen medical events that occur before, during, or after receiving care.
• Our liability for any service-related issue is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the affected service.
• Outcomes may vary based on health conditions, environment, or factors beyond our control (e.g., emergencies, sudden health changes).

6. Modifications to Terms

• Accelerated Care Giving may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• When updates are posted, the Effective Date will be revised.
• Continued use of our services after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
